Yoga for Emotional Healing

Ronda Pretzlaff Diegel, Ph.D., LP, RYT

Perhaps you feel the blues from time to time. . .
Perhaps times of stress leave you worried and depleted. . .
Perhaps you’ve struggled with anxiety or depression. . .

The wisdom of yogic practices can help you design a healing program to manage your mood. Through the practice of pranayama (breathing) exercises, asanas (postures), and mantras (vocal vibrations), you will learn:

• how yoga gently addresses the biology of mood disturbances
• practices to energize and elevate a depressed mood
• practices to calm and relax an anxious mood
• to bring balance to your emotional body

This 2-hour workshop is suitable for all levels, from those who are new to yoga to the more experienced practitioner. Within the safe, compassionate space of Body Language Yoga, you will begin to remove those obstacles that keep you from fully embracing a life of joy and wholeness.
