Yoga for the Emotional Body

Through the practice of pranayama (breathing) exercises, asanas (postures), and mantras (vocal vibrations), Yoga for The Emotional Body Workshops and Individual Sessions will help you experience:

  • how yoga gently addresses the biology of mood disturbances

  • practices to energize and elevate a depressed mood

  • practices to calm and relax an anxious mood

  • practices to bring balance to your emotional body
