Jo Ann Weber, MSW, CSW, is a licensed, certified Clinical Social Worker who has provided Enneagram seminars in workplace, educational and spiritual settings as well as in therapeutic domains. Her professional expertise includes a long-term practice of psychotherapy with individuals, groups and couples, consultation with educational and community organizations, and teaching educational support groups. Her spiritual path has included study in the Diamond Approach Ridhwan School. Jo Ann has served as resident counselor for the EPTP in Menlo Park, CA.

Jo Ann is the co-founder (with Ronda Pretzlaff Diegel) of the Michigan Enneagram Center, where she and Ronda facilitate an ongoing monthly Enneagram study group, coordinate Helen Palmer workshops for the Michigan Enneagram Center, and teach follow-up classes to deepen and enrich Helen Palmer workshops. She also offers typing interviews, typing internship supervision, and teaches basic and advanced Enneagram workshops to target audiences such as church and school groups, and therapy centers.
