Enneagram

The Enneagram is a dynamic system that describes 9 distinct personality types.  The system beautifully articulates the attentional styles, thought, feelings, and behaviors of each type.  Both a psychological and spiritual tool, the Enneagram allows for a profound, complex, and compassionate understanding of oneself and others.  Rather than stereotype ourselves as a "type," the Enneagram teaches us to move beyond the binds of personality and recognize, reconnect, and embrace our deeper spiritual essence.

Ronda received her certification through the Trifold School for Enneagram Studies with Helen Palmer and David Daniels.  In 2004, she was invited to join the Trifold School as an affiliate.  Affiliates are a select group of Enneagram teachers worldwide who have been certified through the Enneagram Professional Training Program (EPTP), actively teach the Enneagram, and have a substantial history of successful programs.  She has served as the resident counselor for EPTP sessions in Menlo Park, CA. Locally, Ronda co-founded the Michigan Enneagram Center with Jo Ann Weber.  Together they offer monthly study groups, sponsor Enneagram workshops with Helen Palmer, conduct follow-on classes to Helen’s workshops, and offer a variety of Enneagram workshops.  Ronda also conducts typing interviews, provides supervision for EPTP interns, offers Enneagram-focused psychotherapy sessions and group therapy that combines Enneagram studies with yoga and transpersonal psychotherapy.
